Good Afternoon,

Just released a few minutes ago, CRA has extended the Underused Housing Tax (UHT) filing deadline for 2022 returns to April 30th, 2024 (the previous deadline was today, October 31st, 2023).   We can now file UHT returns for all affected owners for both 2022 and 2023 along with the 2023 personal tax returns.  I will keep everyone informed of the deadlines.

Thank you to those who have already submitted their documents for the filing.
