We have several methods of communication available to submit your documents to us or answer any tax related questions. These include contacting us via telephone, e-mail, and video conferencing. If you would like to set up a meeting, please feel free to call the office. I encourage you to send us your documents by April 15th to avoid delays in processing your tax returns before the deadline.
Here are some suggestions for sending us your tax documents:
- You may send us the documents via our new ARJ Portal. Please contact clientcare@arjcpa.ca for a link to register for the portal.
- You may send us the documents digitally via any of the following options:
- Dropbox
- Google Drive
- Box
- You may also courier or mail your package to us as many have done in the past.
- You can drop off your documents or setup a meeting to review them and ask any questions.
Note, as per our recent communications, there is an Underused housing Tax (UHT) which is an additional tax filing requirement for this tax season. It’s a filing requirement that applies to corporations, partnerships and trusts who own residential properties as at December 31, 2022 (see memo sent earlier this week for full details to see if you are required to file). If this applies to you, please send us the relevant documents as mentioned in our recent communication. The filing deadline is also April 30, 2023.
Have wonderful weekend and Spring Season!
